To recover the cBizBar, please do the following in MS Outlook.  Note: Step 1 and Step 2 does not apply to Outlook 2000
  1. On the Main menu, Click on Help -> About
  2. In the bottom of "About Window",  click on Disabled Items,  if you see $\cbizbar.dll, select it and click on Enable.
  3. On the Main menu, click on Tools -> Options
  4. In the Options Window, Click on Other Tab.
  5. In Other Tab, Click on Advanced Options button.
  6. On Advanced Options Window, click on Com Add-Ins... Button
  7. In the Com Add-Ins window, If "cBizBar-cBizLook AddIn" is selected, click on Remove Button.
  8. Now Click on Add button and in the browse window, go to "c:\Windows\System32\" and select "cbizbar.dll". (Note for Windows 2000, the folder is "c:\WinNT\System32")
  9. Click OK.
  10. Close all the Dialogs.
If you still hit a error, Please exit outlook and install http://www.cBizSoft.com/download/cBizBarSetup.exe
